AtlantisShadowsA solitary lamp stood on the street side, emitting a soft yellow light that spread across the ground for only a few metres before dying away to the blackness that engulfed the sleeping city. The shadows had deepened till the blackness seemed a stark contrast to the brown of the dirt in the street and the ghostly manikins that stood in the dusty shop windows. Even the taverns were quiet, their customers already sleeping peacefully on the street side bottle in hand.
